Do you have a Microsoft Account?
If you have a Hotmail, Live or Outlook.com email address you will already have a Microsoft Account, likewise if you have an Office account, OneDrive or Xbox live account you already have a Microsoft Account. If you are unsure choose no, if you do have an Account set up with your email address it will tell you in the next step.
