Changes to Opening Times.
In order to maintain our quality of service and to ensure we can continue to operate sustainably during the current economic climate, we have made the decision to reduce our opening hours and change some working practices.
This change allows us to focus our resources where they are needed most and to support our team in delivering the best possible service during the times we are open. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and support as we make these adjustments.
Workshops will usually be manned during the below opening times but there may be rare occasions where the workshop may be unmanned due to external work. Although you do not need an appointment it is strongly recommended that you check opening before making a special trip in to ensure someone will be available to deal with you.
Where necessary we will update our opening times on Google and add a post to Facebook if we will be closed during normal hours to keep customers updated, alternatively you can call in to check, phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9 to 4:30 for both Truro and Newquay.
